Registration

  1. The organiser reserves the right to reject any application(s) as deemed necessary.
  2. The organiser reserves the right to reject registration forms which are incomplete.

Attendance

  1. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify the team if they are absent from the necessary auditions (if any) and rehearsals.
  2. The team must inform the organiser at least 3 days in advance if the team wishes to withdraw from the competition or is unable to turn up for the allocated time slot for auditions or rehearsals.

Instruments

  1. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify the team if there are changes made to instruments used during the competition without prior approval from the organiser.
  2. The organiser will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury to the participants and/or their instruments
  3. The team will be held liable for any damage and/or loss of property provided by the organiser.

Performance

  1. The organiser reserves the right to reject any team from participating if the attire is deemed to be inappropriate.
  2. The organiser reserves the right to stop the team from performing their entire music piece due to factors such as time constraint.

Others

  1. The judges’ decision is final.
  2. The team, by accepting any prize given out by DrumZout 2010, consents to the use of their names, pictures and other information without further compensation.
  3. The organiser’s decisions with respect to eligibility of prizes are final. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding of prizes.
  4. The organiser reserves the right to change any rules and regulations stated without prior notice, including the dates and venues of competition if the need arises.
